A study of youth problem solving methods

Since the youth are the main foundation and strength of the country and society, if the state does not go in the direction of solving all their problems, it will have a serious negative impact. If the youth remain in a problematic situation, the progress of the country will be blocked and the future of the society will be dark. Therefore, for the national interest, the problems of the youth should be identified and targeted steps should be taken to solve them. Only after this, the youth will not be a headache for the country, but will prove to be the driver of development and the golden future of the country.

In order to solve the youth problem, first of all, a comprehensive reform in the education system is necessary. Youth problems cannot be controlled without improving the education system. Education should be scientific, technical, professional, skill oriented and employable. Since youth unemployment is the biggest problem, the education curriculum should be made employment oriented. Similarly, in order to make education effective, an atmosphere of regular discussion, debate and interaction should be created by awakening mutual trust between teachers and students. Likewise, there should be mutual harmony between the school or campus administration, government and students. The approach of the state regarding the medium of language should be practical. And the examination system should also be comprehensively improved. Even if there is no harmony between the beliefs of the old generation and the beliefs of the new generation, problems are being created in the youth. Therefore, necessary plans and programs should be made to reduce the distance between them.

Due to the fact that the political parties only use the youth, the youth problem becomes worse. Political parties are playing a role in causing youth problems and promoting them. Therefore, all parties should think about this and solve the problem with scientific method. If there is a lack of morals, social values, conduct, etc. among the youth, it will bring distortions. Therefore, these things should be developed in them from the family level.

Since the empty minds of the youth try to push them into wrong activities, an environment should be created for them to participate in sports, exercise, debates, etc. programs, while other entertainment activities should also be made an environment of participation in movies, dramas, etc. As unemployment is the main cause of youth problems, employment offices should be created in every place to guide them and provide assistance in getting various jobs.

There should be an environment that awakens political-social awareness in the youth from the time of acquiring education. Since politics is the main policy of all policies and it is through politics that leadership is produced and the country is governed, the youth should not be deprived of it. The state should make continuous efforts to make the youth educated, conscious, moral, disciplined, efficient, capable and skilled manpower in every field and only the country will go in the direction of success with good leadership. In order to solve the common problems of the youth, there should be policies and programs that bring their knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and creativity to national development. If employment is created in the country through study-research, exploration and entrepreneurship with the state’s resources as the main basis, the common problems of the youth will be solved automatically. For this, the problem of youth can be solved by creating youth entrepreneurship and employment by making extensive investments in many other important areas of economic growth including modernization of agriculture, promotion of tourism, development of forests and herbs, development of water resources and energy, development of various infrastructures.

The state should create a program to encourage young people with skills and abilities and new entrepreneurs and other entrepreneurs through financial loans, grants and other motivational means and implement it immediately. For this, the youth can be connected with various economic prosperity agencies. All these things can be done by providing quality, technical, vocational and employable education to a large number of youth. In this way, the problems of common youth can be solved by increasing the access to professional skills and technology, solving the problem of unemployment and underemployment, emigration abroad, poor health, nutrition and morale, etc. By creating and implementing policies and programs in the fields of education, health, agriculture, tourism, labor and employment, sports, etc. related to the youth, the problems of the youth sector can be solved gradually.

Various issues of youth must be included in the policies and programs of the state. Youth should be given meaningful participation and leadership development in economic, social, political and cultural life. The youth should be included in the mainstream of national development and developed holistically. This matter should be given a practical form. If there is no meaningful participation of the youth in the formulation of public policy and its implementation, the specific problems of the youth will never be solved. Inclusion, development of employment and entrepreneurship skills, improvement in educational and health sector, development of personal and institutional capacity, provision of special protection for the youth of backward classes, regions and communities, by ending various discriminations among the youth such as class, caste, regional linguistic, cultural, etc. The problem can be solved continuously. In the same way, youth power should be encouraged in the fields of study and research and exploration and science and technology, and that ability should be brought to the national production. The state should create a policy program to stop the migration of intellectual youth talent. The state should develop entrepreneurship, professionalism, etc. and create an environment for earning a living for all the youth working in the country. A program should be brought to end the distinction between physical and intellectual labor. And only the problems of the youth are being solved.

The direction should be taken to make a leap in economic and social development by involving the youth in the development of the country. Political parties should not only use the youth as voters and activists, but should provide leadership to them. The youth should not only be mobilized but should also be given proper responsibilities and opportunities. Youth should be made to participate in politics and policy making. A competent and mature youth leadership should be envisioned and the youth should be given responsibility and tested. It is necessary to make the youth well-informed with modern practices and ideas. An environment should be created to learn from the new practices of science and policy making. We have to create an environment where the understanding of the youth is constantly expressed. If this can be done, the ways to solve the problems of the youth will open up. And, with the development of skilled manpower, the country and society as a whole inevitably develop. And nothing can stop the country from moving towards prosperity.

If the youth are helped to acquire knowledge and skills for their personal and professional development, they can make an unprecedented contribution towards the country’s development and economic progress. If the interests of the youth are explored and brought to social development, the whole face of the society will change. Unlimited possibilities are hidden in the youth and if those hidden possibilities can be identified and used to build a nation, then economic development is not a far-fetched issue.

If the youth can be made aware of the problems of the society and if they can be educated on how to contribute to the elimination of these problems, that society will always be united, educated and developed. It plays a very important role in the country’s development. Likewise, if a program is taken to empower all the youth of the country, if the role of cooperation and exchange among the youth can be enabled, then the country can be transformed. Youth can be entrusted with the task of spreading scientific knowledge for modern agriculture, new technology, proper use of fertilizers and pesticides. Youth can be given a leadership role in the campaign against financial crimes.

The energy of the youth can be used to sway public opinion so that such crimes can be stopped quickly. The youth can successfully work as the hands of the administration in the implementation of government programs to combat various diseases. Looking at the cooperation and participation of the youth, the government will be successful in mobilizing inactive manpower.

Youth can and should be involved in all kinds of developmental activities. Extensive employment can be created through entrepreneurship by providing scientific and professional training to the youth and it is necessary. A healthy and strong country can be built only by making education employment-oriented. In this, every country should see that its youth power is properly utilized. Falling into the net of dreaded drugs will prove disastrous for young minds. In this way we will lose a powerful force.

Therefore, in order to solve it in time, the entire state system should be directed towards solving the common problems of the youth in a scientific manner. The problems of the youth have been solved and if they are able, they will continue to fight against bad governance. They will continue to develop the country as a whole by using information-communication and science-technology correctly. Then the country and the people will become prosperous. The country will soon catch the pace of development. Then happiness, peace, prosperity will be with us, we will not have to go anywhere else to look for it.
